Cross Border Talents is recruiting on behalf of a leading global company for an Italian & English Customer Service Representative (Diabetes & Medical Devices) based on-site in Porto, Portugal. You will provide specialized support for diabetes medical devices, handling inquiries and ensuring empathy, accuracy, and high service quality for clients across multiple markets.
The role requires native Italian, fluent English (C1), and flexibility for a 24/7 rotational shift pattern, including
Qualificações
- Native/Fluent proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level).
- Healthcare or technical support background is a strong plus.
- On-site work in Porto, Portugal.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotational shift pattern with occasional night shifts.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as the main contact for Italian-speaking clients with multichannel support.
- Assist users with technical and operational inquiries about diabetes medical devices.
- Process large amounts of technical/medical information to deliver accurate solutions.
- Manage stressful situations with empathy and keep detailed records.
- Support multiple markets as needed.
