Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Porto is seeking a Customer Service representative to be the first point of contact when issues arise. You will help customers with clear communication and patient guidance in a fast-moving environment, on-site in Porto.

You\'ll join a supportive team, keep case notes accurate, and know when to escalate. Eligible candidates must have the right to work in the EU and be able to work without sponsorship. This is one of several openings we’re recruiting for in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once.
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent).
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role.
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required.
