Cbtalents is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Portugal. You will deliver technical support in Italian and English, assist users with inquiries, and document cases accurately to ensure a positive customer experience.

This is a remote position with relocation support for eligible candidates. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and prior customer service experience is preferred.

About The Role

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.
