Cbtalents in Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project. You will provide customer support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, document cases, and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.

This remote role requires based in Portugal or EU relocation; relocation support is provided. The team values clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving, with previous customer service

About The Role

In this role, you will provide customer support in Italian and English, assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.
