Cbtalents in Portugal is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project. You will support customers in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, and document cases.

This is a remote role based in Portugal; relocation support is provided. Candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; EU passport holders welcome.

About The Role

• Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
