CloserHire is recruiting Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon. You will review videos, posts, and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role is on-site in Lisbon with relocation paid, accommodation provided, flights covered, and a structured onboarding with paid training. English B2 is required for internal communication; health insurance and meal allowances apply from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments.
• Identify and elevate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content.
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends.
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team.
