Kats Recruitment is recruiting an Italian Content Moderator for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, enforce platform guidelines, and participate in a 24/7 digital safety workflow from a modern Lisbon hub.

The role requires native Italian, English at B2 level, and legal work status in Portugal. Expect a fast-paced, globally connected team with relocation support and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Native Italian language skills with clear written and spoken proficiency (Italian).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for training modules and team communication.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal to enable legal employment.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and objective decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, evaluate, and moderate Italian content to align with platform guidelines.
• Identify risks and flag or escalate inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating material.
• Make independent, policy-based decisions on removals or escalations.
• Handle personal data with strict confidentiality and maintain data privacy.
