Ersilia is seeking Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon. You will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, working in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will handle Italian-language content, apply judgment, and collaborate with teammates to resolve cases. The role includes relocation support, training, health insurance, and meal allowances.

Qualificações

• Native Italian with C1/C2 fluency.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience in content moderation or customer support a plus.
• Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally.

We're working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Your Role:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments
• Identify and escape inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team

Your Qualifications:

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Empathetic, professional, and resilient under pressure
• Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
