Product Pulse in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project. You will review videos, posts, and comments to ensure alignment with community guidelines, in a fast-paced, international environment.

Role involves moderating Italian content, applying sound judgment, and collaborating with teammates to handle complex cases. Relocation assistance and professional training are provided. Health insurance and meal allowances support daily needs.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2) for internal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently.
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

We're working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Your Role:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments
• Identify and upscale inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends
