Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C2) in written and spoken form.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate videos, images, text, and audio content.
• Identify and remove content violating standards and policies.
• Moderate user comments, posts, and appeals.
• Apply content classifications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
• Document moderation decisions and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with policy, compliance, and support teams.
• Work on rotating schedule including weekends and nights when required.
