Decskill is seeking an IT User Management & IAM Governance Specialist to lead end-to-end user management and authorization across platforms in Lisbon. The role focuses on standardizing roles and governance, and driving continuity of access controls across applications and teams.

You will collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance and business owners to align processes, reduce risks, and implement improvements while supporting a dynamic IT environment.

Qualificações

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in User Management, IAM, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in defining, implementing and managing User Management and Authorization processes.
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, roles, authorizations, access requests and approval processes.
  • Experience working across multiple applications, platforms and stakeholders in a complex IT environment.
  • Strong process management, governance and continuous improvement skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Define, coordinate and govern end-to-end User Management & Authorization processes and supporting tools across multiple business-critical platforms.
  • Establish and maintain standards, roles, responsibilities and governance models for User Management and Authorization.
  • Ensure consistent user lifecycle management and authorization processes across teams, applications and platforms.
  • Coordinate with IT, Business, Security, Compliance and Application Owners to ensure alignment and effective governance.
  • Define and align roles, authorization concepts, access request and approval processes.
  • Identify and manage process gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive standardization, continuous improvement and automation of User Management & Authorization processes and tools.
  • Act as the central point of contact for User Management and Authorization-related topics, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactively drive initiatives to completion, removing blockers and ensuring agreed actions are followed through.

We would like to meet an IT User Management & IAM Governance Specialist for a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in User Management, Authorization, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in defining, implementing and managing User Management and Authorization processes.
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, roles, authorizations, access requests and approval processes.
  • Experience working across multiple applications, platforms and stakeholders in a complex IT environment.
  • Strong process management, governance and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to establish standards and operating models.
  • Ability to translate business, security and compliance requirements into clear and actionable processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to proactively drive topics to completion and remove blockers.
  • Comfortable working across technical and business teams and driving alignment between different stakeholders.
