Hybrid role in Lisbon with 2 days in the office, collaborating with IT, Security, and Compliance to govern and optimize identity and access processes.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of experience in IAM or similar roles.
• Experience defining and governing User Management & Authorization processes.
• Knowledge of user lifecycle management and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Understanding of RBAC, roles, authorizations, and approval workflows.
• Experience across multiple applications and IT environments.
• Experience coordinating with IT, Business, Security, Compliance and Application Owners.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon (2 days/week in the office).

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in User Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Access Management, or similar roles
• Proven experience in defining, managing and governing User Management & Authorization processes
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and access provisioning/deprovisioning
• Good knowledge of roles, authorizations, RBAC, access requests and approval workflows
• Experience working across multiple applications, platforms and business-critical IT environments
• Experience defining and maintaining processes, standards, roles, responsibilities and governance models
• Strong process management and continuous improvement skills, including process standardization and automation
• Ability to identify and manage process gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
• Experience coordinating with IT, Business, Security, Compliance and Application Owners
• Ability to translate business, security and compliance requirements into clear and actionable processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion and remove blockers
• Experience with IAM / Identity Governance tools such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, SAP GRC or ServiceNow is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL, access governance, access reviews/recertification and audit requirements is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon (2 days/week in the office)
