Match Profiler is seeking an IT User Management & Authorization specialist to join a flexible hybrid team in Lisbon. You will define and manage user lifecycle processes across multiple applications, working with business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in IAM, strong governance, and excellent communication; fluency in English is essential. You will contribute to secure, compliant access management and drive process improvements.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in User Management, Authorization, Identity & Access Management or similar roles.
• Proven experience defining and managing User Management and Authorization processes.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, roles, authorizations, access requests and approval processes.
• Experience working with multiple applications, platforms and stakeholders in a complex IT environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactively driving topics to completion and removing blockers.
• Ability to translate business, security and compliance requirements into clear and actionable processes.

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in User Management, Authorization, Identity & Access Management or similar roles
• Proven experience defining and managing User Management and Authorization processes
• Good understanding of user lifecycle management, roles, authorizations, access requests and approval processes
• Experience working with multiple applications, platforms and stakeholders in a complex IT environment
• Strong process management and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to establish standards and governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
• Strong ownership mindset, proactively driving topics to completion and removing blockers
• Ability to translate business, security and compliance requirements into clear and actionable processes
• Comfortable working across technical and business teams and driving alignment between different stakeholders
