Responsabilidades

• Provide user support and communication to ~6,000 users globally via multiple channels.
• Handle administrative tickets and processes within SaphirRessource and Activ-BPCE.
• Assist in deployment and adoption of the Activ-BPCE time tracking tool.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify improvements and translate into user stories.
• Develop understanding of business activities by working with project and product teams.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Operations, and Compliance to gather requirements.
• Support KPI production, review, and updating to align with objectives.
