Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our IS&D division in Lisbon. The role combines client relationship management with strategic team leadership and talent development across multiple IT projects for premier clients.

You will mentor a team of IT consultants, translate client objectives into technical staffing plans, oversee recruitment coordination, and drive performance through regular reviews.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT consulting, team management, or client-facing experience.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client relationships.
Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and digital transformation.
Experience with recruitment processes and talent management strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and translate objectives into resources.
Lead, mentor, and manage IT consultants to deliver high-quality services.
Drive performance through regular reviews and career development planning.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment to define requirements and build talent pipelines.
Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects and support account growth.
