Devote Consulting in Lisbon is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team. You will help develop, maintain, and support our internal IT landscape, working with the global IT team to ensure a secure and efficient digital workplace.

Qualificações

• A relevant IT education such as computer science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience from a similar position is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Azure AD / Entra ID and general cloud administration.
• Experience with IT support and system administration across different systems and user needs.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and security tools (familiarity with Microsoft Defender is a plus).
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Power Platform) is an advantage.
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

As an IT Specialist at Devote Consulting, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and supporting our internal IT landscape. You will work closely with the global IT team and stakeholders across the organization to ensure a secure and efficient digital workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

IT Operations & Development

• Drive IT initiatives, including tools, improvements, and automations
• Contribute to developing and improving the digital workplace
• Participate in planning and prioritization of IT activities
• Provide internal IT support across systems and platforms
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Azure AD / Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint)
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and access control

Security & Compliance

• Maintain and improve IT security practices and setup
• Administer and monitor Microsoft Defender
• Support implementation of security policies and controls
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives
• Assist with incident handling and mitigation

Process Improvements & Documentation

• Develop and maintain IT documentation and guidelines
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Support training materials and internal communication

Your Qualifications

You have a solid foundation within IT and a genuine interest in supporting and improving modern workplace environments. You are comfortable working across technologies and user needs, and you combine technical understanding with a practical, service-oriented approach. Whether you are early in your career or already have some experience, you are eager to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to a secure and efficient IT setup.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you bring the following qualifications:
