Devote Consulting in Lisbon is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team. You will help develop, maintain, and support our internal IT landscape, working with the global IT team to ensure a secure and efficient digital workplace.

We value ownership, proactive problem solving, and clear English communication as you handle IT operations, security, automation, and user support across Microsoft 365 and cloud services. This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• A relevant IT education such as computer science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience from a similar position is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Azure AD / Entra ID and general cloud administration.
• Experience with IT support and system administration across different systems and user needs.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and security tools (familiarity with Microsoft Defender is a plus).
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Power Platform) is an advantage.
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive IT initiatives, including tools, improvements, and automations.
• Contribute to developing and improving the digital workplace.
• Participate in planning and prioritization of IT activities.
• Provide internal IT support across systems and platforms.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Azure AD / Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint).
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and access control.
