Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, mobile and AV devices on-site in Porto. The role focuses on OS management (Windows, MacOS, iOS), Office applications and incident handling via ServiceNow, with emphasis on SLA adherence and accurate asset inventory.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in IT support, strong desktop skills, and excellent customer service in English.

• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.

What will you do?

• Provide comprehensive hardware and software support, including deployment and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile, and audio-visual devices.
• Manage and maintain operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS) and applications, performing installations, re-installations, and troubleshooting.
• Utilise ITSM Service Now to efficiently handle incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate asset inventory management.
• Contribute to corporate networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, adhere to IT security policies, and participate in disaster recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
