Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories. You will analyze requirements, document functional and technical aspects, and coordinate between business and tech teams in a hybrid environment.

We value proficiency in SQL, Agile methods, and a proactive, autonomous approach, with banking domain experience considered a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with requirements analysis and user stories.
• Proven experience in writing functional and technical documentation, plus test documentation.
• Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of technical architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software parametrization/configuration.
• Fluent French (C1) and proficient English (B2/C1) with strong communication and proactive approach.
• Banking industry experience is a plus.

What will you do?

Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Manage the execution and documentation of tests, ensuring robust quality assurance.

Contribute to the parametrization and configuration of the client's proprietary software platform.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with strong capabilities in requirements analysis, functional specifications, and user stories.

Proven experience in writing functional and technical documentation, alongside managing test documentation and execution.

Solid knowledge of SQL queries and database models, combined with a good understanding of technical architecture.

Experience with Agile methodologies and in parametrization and configuration of software systems.

Fluency in French (C1) and proficiency in English (B2/C1), complemented by excellent communication skills and a proactive, autonomous approach.

Prior experience within the banking industry is considered a plus.
