Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, installing and configuring computer systems, maintaining equipment and software, and providing training to users.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You should also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
