Job summary

PrimeIT in Porto is seeking an IT Support professional to join a rapidly expanding team. Bring 4+ years of L1/L2 experience and a strong command of SQL to resolve incidents and support business users.

You will work across national and international projects, ensuring reliable service and timely issue resolution. This mid-level role offers a base salary from €1,200 to €2,000, plus food allowance and flex benefits.
