PrimeIT is seeking an experienced IT Support professional for a hybrid role located in Porto or Lisbon. The candidate should have Senior level experience (+6 years) and be comfortable working across ITIL-supported L1/L2 processes and FX Front-to-Back workflows. The position offers a competitive salary package and benefits.

Salary ranges from €1,750 to €3,500 base, plus Food Allowance and Flex Benefits. Hybrid work with mandatory presence in Portugal is required.

Qualificações

• Experience with ITIL framework and L1/L2 support processes.
• Strong SQL query experience in Oracle environments.
• Solid knowledge of FX Front-to-Back products and workflows.

We are looking for a IT Support with:

• Strong understanding of L1/L2 support processes and the ITIL framework.
• Solid experience with database queries using SQL, specifically under Oracle environments.
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) Front-to-Back products and workflows

Location: Porto or Lisbon

Regime: Hybrid - Mandatory Location in Portugal
