Dellent is seeking an IT Support Application Analyst with French language proficiency to join our project in Porto. The role is hybrid, requiring 3–6 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of retail banking, and hands-on use of ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.

You will analyze incidents, troubleshoot applications and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations. Fluency in French (C1) and solid English skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of retail banking, including B2B and B2C activities.
• French language at C1 and good written/spoken English.

Required skills and experience:

• - Between 3 and 6 years of professional experience;
• - Experience in L2 application support, IT operations or a similar analyst role;
• - Strong functional knowledge of retail banking, including B2B and B2C activities;
• - Ability to analyse logs and troubleshoot application incidents;
• - Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence;
• - Experience with Theia is an advantage;
• - Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical use in a professional setting;
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
• - French proficiency at C1 level and good written and spoken English;
• - A collaborative, organised and customer-focused approach.

Preferred qualifications:

• - Knowledge of ITIL principles and incident, problem and service request management processes. An ITIL certification is an advantage;
• - Experience supporting banking applications in a production environment;
• - Awareness of the limitations and responsible-use requirements of AI tools, particularly when handling business or customer information.
