Job summary

Dellent is seeking an IT Support Application Analyst with French language proficiency to join our project in Porto. The role is hybrid, requiring 3–6 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of retail banking, and hands-on use of ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.

You will analyze incidents, troubleshoot applications and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations. Fluency in French (C1) and solid English skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in L2 application support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking, including B2B and B2C activities.
• French language at C1 and good written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logs and troubleshoot application incidents.
• Provide L2 IT support and incident management in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets and documentation.
