Dellent is seeking a QA Analyst (French Speaker) to join a banking/financial services project in Lisbon on a hybrid basis. The candidate should have 3-6 years of QA or software testing experience, strong manual testing skills, and proficiency with Jira, Xray, and Confluence.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in a Quality Analyst or Software Tester role;
• Strong experience in manual testing;
• Good working knowledge of Jira, Xray and Confluence;
• Familiarity with AI tools and their potential use in a professional testing environment;
• Good communication, analytical and organisational skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Good level of English;
• French language proficiency of at least B2.

Nice to have:

• Experience in telephony, contact-centre or call-centre products and processes;
• Familiarity with automated testing or test automation concepts;
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
