Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to join a dynamic, hybrid team in Lisbon. You will contribute to production support, governance and continuous improvement across Windows and Linux environments, with exposure to OC tools like Control-M and web servers (Apache, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS).

Fluency in English is mandatory and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on challenging projects in a growing international company offering health

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Production/Application Support or Production Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows; some Linux experience.
• Experience with scheduling/orchestration tools (Control-M).
• Hands-on with Apache HTTP Server, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS.
• Understanding of architecture, networking, databases, security, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Autonomy, rigor, and teamwork; governance and continuous improvement.

Role: Application Support

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Production/Application Support or Production Engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, with some experience in Linux.
• Experience with Control-M or other scheduling/orchestration tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apache HTTP Server, JBoss, Tomcat, and IIS.
• Good understanding of application architecture, networking, databases, security, CI/CD, and DevSecOps concepts.
• Strong sense of autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.
• Ability to contribute to application governance, industrialization, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
