Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a seasoned Linux Systems Administrator to join our hybrid Lisbon team. You will manage complex Linux environments across multiple clients, automate with Ansible and Terraform, and maintain Kubernetes clusters while ensuring robust IT operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Linux administration, strong scripting skills, and experience with EasyVista ITSM. Portuguese public sector experience is a plus, RHCSA/RHCE are welcome extras.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Linux systems administration experience in complex environments.
• Minimum 3 years of Shell scripting.
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform for automation.
• Public Administration project experience in Portugal.
• Experience administering Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with EasyVista ITSM tool.
• RHCSA or RHCE is a nice to have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position: Linux Systems Administrator

Location:Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in Linux systems administration within highly complex organizations, across at least 3 different clients.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Shell scripting.
• Experience in infrastructure automation and provisioning using Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience working on Portuguese Public Administration projects.
• Experience operating the EasyVista ITSM tool.
• Experience administering Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience in configuration management using Ansible and Terraform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have: Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, Red Hat Enterprise Linux Automation with Ansible).
