Universal Kraft group in Porto is seeking an IT Specialist to support the Porto office. This role offers on-site and remote IT support, installation and maintenance of devices, and collaboration with an international team in the renewable energy sector.

You will manage Microsoft 365, assist with onboarding, and troubleshoot across hardware, software, and network issues. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional level of English; Spanish is highly desirable.
• Registered as a freelancer (or able to work as an independent contractor in Spain).

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, user permissions, and licensing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support office network infrastructure and IT security best practices.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
• Ensure IT systems are operating efficiently and securely.
