Job summary

Siemens AG in Portugal is hiring an IT Solution Expert focusing on Salesforce & Guided Experience within SiePortal. You will bridge Business, Product Owners, Development, Testing, Operations to refine requirements and ensure sustainable solutions.

The role demands strong knowledge of Salesforce, APIs, data flows, and user-centric eCommerce processes, plus experience with Agile/Scrum and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, solution delivery, application management, or software development projects.
• Salesforce knowledge is required for this role.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and databases is important for understanding solution behavior, data flows, and technical dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate business and UX requirements from a technical and end-user perspective, considering Guided Experience and eCommerce processes.
• Define solution requirements, acceptance criteria, and sustainable solution approaches.
• Coordinate implementation activities and collaborate with implementation partners and technical stakeholders.
• Define and document solution architecture concepts, interfaces, and technical specifications.
• Define technical acceptance criteria and validate implemented solutions.
• Support testing activities and ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Support deployments, handovers, and production readiness activities.
• Operate, monitor, and continuously improve the solution throughout its lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with architectural, security, legal, and governance requirements.
• Support incident management and service continuity activities.
• Act as the trusted technical partner of the Product Owner and ensure alignment between Business, Development, Testing, and Operations.
