BV TECH Group in Lisbon is seeking an IT Service Operations Support to join our team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role requires English proficiency, knowledge of Windows and Linux, and foundational networking skills.

You will handle emergency response, maintenance of security devices, basic infrastructure support, and detailed record-keeping of monitoring activities. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role and hold a technical degree.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong knowledge of the main OS (Windows, Linux)
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Ability in hardware and software problem solving

Responsabilidades

• Emergency Management: promptly respond to emergency situations
• Maintenance and Updates: contribute to the maintenance and updating of security devices and software
• Technical Support: provide basic technical support for infrastructure-related issues, such as system restoration or hardware problem resolution
• Reporting and Recording: carefully document monitoring activities and actions taken.
