Working closely with senior specialists, you will learn new skills and build problem solving abilities while contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth IT operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure computer systems according to company standards
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide technical support
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
• Provide timely resolution of technical problems reported by clients
• Collaborate with senior support specialists to learn new skills and techniques
