Pestana Hotel Group in Portugal is seeking a mid-level IT Service Analyst to own and maintain our on-premises infrastructure and core Microsoft services, including virtualization, storage, backup, identity, SQL Server and Microsoft 365.

You will operate VMware vSphere/ESXi, manage storage and backups, administer Active Directory, Entra ID, GPO, DNS, and Windows Server, and monitor Azure/M365 usage and licensing.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and enterprise storage/backup.
• Strong knowledge of identity services: Active Directory and Entra ID/ADSync.
• Proficient with Windows Server, DNS, and core network concepts.
• Experience administering SQL Server and Microsoft 365.
• Awareness of Azure/M365 cost management and reporting.
• Good English and Portuguese communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the virtualisation environment (VMware vSphere/ESXi).
• Manage storage, backups, and data protection.
• Administer identity: AD, Entra ID, ADSync, GPO; manage DNS and Windows Server.
• Handle SQL Server and Microsoft 365 licenses/users.
• Coordinate incidents with partners and Microsoft Support; maintain runbooks.
