Grupo Pestana seeks a mid-level IT Service Analyst to own on-premises infrastructure and core Microsoft services in a large, hybrid environment. You will manage virtualization, storage, backup, identity, SQL Server, and M365, serving as the internal reference and coordinating with partners and Microsoft Support.

The role emphasizes hands-on work across VMware, Windows Server, DNS, and cloud cost controls, with growth toward infrastructure, cloud, or identity specialisations.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and enterprise storage/backup.
• Strong knowledge of identity services: Active Directory, Entra ID, ADSync/Entra Connect, and GPO.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server and DNS; DHCP a plus.
• Experience administering SQL Server and Microsoft 365.
• Awareness of cloud cost management (Azure/M365) and reporting.
• Able to communicate in English and Portuguese and coordinate with external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the virtualization environment, including VM lifecycle, provisioning, and monitoring.
• Support enterprise storage and backup systems, ensuring reliable backups and restores.
• Administer identity services and GPO.
• Manage core network services (DNS) and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Administer SQL Server and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) including licensing.
• Track and optimise Azure/M365 consumption, budgets, and cloud costs.
• Coordinate incidents with service partners and Microsoft Support through to resolution, keeping runbooks up to date.
