ITDS Porto invites a Senior Windows & Virtualization System Administrator to join our client’s IT infrastructure team. You’ll maintain complex server environments, drive improvements, and ensure high availability in a hybrid Porto-based setting.

You’ll work with SCCM/MECM, VMware vCenter, NetApp storage, and PowerShell to automate operations, implement security best practices, and support ITIL processes. English and Portuguese fluency required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Windows and Linux System Administration.
• Solid expertise in Windows Server troubleshooting (2019/2022/2025).
• Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter in complex environments.
• Proven experience with MECM/SCCM deployment and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of clusters, SAN, NAS technologies.
• Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, load balancing, and NetApp storage.
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting.
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and GPO troubleshooting.
• Intermediate networking knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools, ideally Zabbix.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining services within the team scope.
• Draft and update documentation and operational procedures.
• Follow and implement security best practices.
• Ensure service quality levels in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Maintain operational condition (MCO) of managed assets.
• Ensure infrastructure deployment aligns with group standards and IT policies.
• Participate in IT structural constraints, interventions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Support NetApp Storage Migration and Implementation activities.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Windows and Linux System Administration.
