Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate growth, expand the client portfolio and strengthen its presence in Portuguese and international IT markets.

You will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with prospective clients and grow existing accounts, turning conversations into long-term partnerships while understanding client challenges and delivering tailored technology solutions.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
• Experience in IT Consulting, IT Staffing, Outsourcing or Technology Services is valued.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to generate new business.
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Autonomy and accountability; ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate new leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Understand clients' business, technology and talent needs.
• Present and position Wire IT's services for client requirements.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Contribute to Wire IT's commercial strategy and international growth.
