Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Talent Manager to join our remote-first team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build candidate relationships, and support hiring across our international client base.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in recruitment, a relevant degree, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong organizational skills. We offer health insurance, vacation, training budget, and a dynamic, people-centered culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Role: Talent Manager

Location: 100% Remote, Portugal

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process (candidate research, interviewing, follow-up, etc.)
• Experience in supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process (follow-up/feedback)
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
