• Experience in IT Service Delivery, PM, or Software Development Management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of SDLC and customer-facing delivery models.
• Experience in resource planning, budgeting, service governance and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.

We are looking for an

IT Project Manager

to join our teams and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions for a leading international organisation. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software development projects, services, and product implementations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you will do:

• Manage and oversee the delivery pipeline of software solutions, custom developments, product implementations, and consulting services;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and customer expectations;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact;
• Monitor project progress through customer-focused dashboards, providing regular status updates and highlighting risks or challenges;
• Support issue resolution, service improvements, resource planning, budgeting activities, and strategic decision-making to ensure successful service delivery.

What you are like:

• Experienced in IT Service Delivery, Project Management, or Software Development Management within complex environments;
• Proficient in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and driving successful outcomes;
• Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycles, technology services, and customer-facing delivery models;
• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences;
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement;
• Familiar with resource planning, budgeting, service governance, and performance reporting;
• Knowledgeable software development ecosystems is considered a plus;
