Decskill, an IT consulting firm part of the Astek Group with a presence in Lisbon, is seeking an Application Production Support to join our growing team. You will take end-to-end ownership of IT projects, coordinating all contributors and serving as the main contact for the project.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment with national and international projects, focusing on governance, risk management, and enabling delivery through DevOps, CI/CD, and modern tooling.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT project production/support and governance.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and related tooling.
• Fluent English communication; Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure end-to-end accountability for IT project objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with IT governance processes and sponsor expectations.
• Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all people involved and contributors.
• Serve as the go-to contact person for the IT project.
• Ensure knowledge of IT Projects Governance across the Group and its correct application to the project context.
• Maintain global knowledge of IT, major processes and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Plan and roll out a project end-to-end, respecting time and resource constraints.
• Define and apply a project methodology.
• Anticipate and handle risks associated with the project.
• Understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements.
