We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Program Director to lead large-scale IT programs, including data center management, digital transformation, and system migration initiatives. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical technology projects that support a global mission.

As IT Program Director, you will oversee cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive operational excellence. This hybrid role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with occasional travel to other regional offices as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead data center management, system migration, and digital transformation projects.
• Establish and oversee governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with NGO regulations and standards.
• Collaborate closely with global IT teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient program delivery.
