We are looking for a Program Manager to join a global initiative currently being launched across Lisbon, Paris, Montreal, and Chennai.

This role is focused on strategic program governance, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology streams, and organizational priorities.

It is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and strategy of a complex, multi-stream program, ensuring alignment with the department’s mission and global objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of projects, managing interdependencies, milestones, KPIs, and reporting.
• Ensure the program achieves its objectives while adhering to budget and resource commitments.
• Drive cross-entity coordination, fostering collaboration between teams across locations.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and performance indicators.

Technical and Functional Skills

• Solid understanding of production processes (ITIL, monitoring, scheduling, infrastructure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, Agile, Infrastructure as Code).
• Broad understanding of IT production environments (Cloud, Virtual Machines, RHEL, Oracle).
• Experience in cloud migration projects (IaaS, PaaS, microservices, container architectures).
• Understanding of system stability and production chains, and awareness of differences between physical and virtual servers.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong plus.

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience in program governance, strategy, and budget management (not just project delivery).
• Ability to manage streams, KPIs, and program-level reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong stakeholder management.
