We are seeking an experienced IT Portfolio & Performance Coordinator to coordinate our IT portfolio governance, demand management and delivery performance. This is, first and foremost, a senior program and PMO role: we are looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager who will coordinate and develop a team of project managers, bring structure and discipline to how IT plans, prioritizes and delivers, and personally run strategic programs end-to-end. Proven experience delivering complex programs and coordinating project managers, in roles of equivalent seniority, is essential. The role reports to the IT Portfolio & Performance Manager and is designed to grow: while its core is program and project delivery, it is expected to extend over time into other domains as the operating model matures.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a strong program and project delivery background
• 3+ years coordinating PMO and/or program management activities and project managers
• Proven track record as a Senior Program Manager delivering complex, cross-functional programs (essential)
• Experience working with both internal delivery teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Program / portfolio certifications such as PgMP, PfMP, PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Agile certifications (e.g. PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum) for hybrid delivery contexts
• ITIL certification and a background in IT service management — having performed service management functions, SLA management and related topics — is a plus
• Familiarity with portfolio / PPM tooling and delivery analytics
• Experience operating within audited or regulated IT environments
• Exposure to broader IT domains beyond delivery is a plus
