Olympus Medical Products Portugal is seeking an IT Product Owner for Document and Content Management, Global. You will partner with stakeholders, manage the product backlog, and own the lifecycle from ideation to delivery and support.

You will coordinate with IT, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure platform stability and effective governance, while developing user documentation and adoption resources. A strong background in enterprise content management and Azure identity concepts is

Qualificações

• Experience in IT product management or technical support at Level 2/3 or higher.
• Knowledge of IT governance, security, and data governance concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise content management and collaboration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to gather requirements and shape the product roadmap.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, backlog, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with development, operations, and architecture for delivery and stability.
• Develop and maintain end‑user documentation and adoption materials.
• Define KPIs and monitor value realization and user adoption.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaboration with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams for requirements gathering, prioritization, and product roadmap development.
• Management of the product backlog, including requirement analysis, user story creation, and definition of acceptance criteria.
• Ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, delivery, support, and continuous enhancement.
• Coordination with development, operations, and architecture teams to ensure solution delivery, platform stability, and issue resolution.
• Development and maintenance of technical and end-user documentation, training materials, and adoption support resources.
• Evaluation of product performance, user feedback, emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and platform strategy improvements.
• Primary liaison function between business stakeholders and IT teams, including stakeholder communication, expectation management, and escalation handling.
• Facilitation of stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions, and alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs, business value realization, product success metrics, and user adoption measures.
• Identification, assessment, mitigation, communication, and escalation of product delivery risks and issues.
• Oversight of compliance with IT governance, security, data governance, regulatory requirements, data retention policies, access controls, and metadata standards.

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT product management, technical support, or a comparable role. Must include demonstrated hands‑on experience in system administration, DevOps, and/or advanced technical support at a Level 2/3 or higher capacity.
• Preferred: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent technical certification.
• Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, project management, and risk management.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and understanding of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise content management or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MediaWiki, or similar documentation systems).
• Demonstrated understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, and SSO/LDAP integration.
• Exposure to ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident tracking, change requests, and service-level reporting.
