Jobbex.IT Portugal is seeking a driven Business Developer to join our Lisbon team. This pure new-business role targets senior IT and cybersecurity leaders to create qualified opportunities and hand them to Account Management.

You will operate with uncapped commissions in a fast-moving environment with direct access to senior management. Willingness to travel within Portugal is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in outbound B2B new-business development.
• Experience selling to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Ability to start from zero with a new company and build opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Portugal.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritise high-value target companies in Portugal.
• Map senior decision makers in IT, cybersecurity, procurement and leadership.
• Proactively approach prospects via cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and visits.
• Secure direct meetings with senior decision makers.
• Open discussions on supplier registration and framework agreements.
• Identify RFIs, RFQs, tenders and staffing opportunities.
• Transfer qualified opportunities to Account Management with context.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and activity record.
• Meet and exceed new-meetings and new-accounts targets.
