Growin is seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk professional for on-site support at the Carnaxide office in Portugal. You will handle first-line IT issues, configure devices, and assist users across Windows and Mac environments. English communication is essential as part of daily tasks.

The role emphasizes readiness to work on-site, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic tech-focused team.

Qualificações

• Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Computer Information Systems.
• Experience in MAC and Windows configurations.
• Experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products.
• Experience in conferencing technologies is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Availability to work fully on-site at Carnaxide office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and resolve incidents.
• Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting and imaging.
• Support onboarding and asset setup for new hires.
