Growin invites you to join their IT Helpdesk team in Carnaxide. You will support users in a fast-paced environment, tackling Mac and Windows configurations, Google Suite and Atlassian tools, and basic networking issues. This on-site role offers a chance to grow with a dynamic team.

We value quick learners who communicate clearly in English and are ready to contribute to a collaborative culture that puts people first and aims to grow together.

Qualificações

• Experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Computer Information Systems.
• Experience with MAC and Windows configurations.
• Experience with Google Suite and Atlassian products.
• Experience with conferencing technologies is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals (OS, networking, software).
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Availability to work fully on-site at Carnaxide office.
