Responsibilities include documentation, onboarding staff, and coordinating with Global IT. Occasional travel is possible; strong English skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as IT Engineer.
• Minimum 3–5 years IT support experience.
• Strong service orientation and teamwork.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and external parties.
• Familiarity with IT governance and global IT guidelines.
• CCNA and ITIL/Cobit knowledge are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure end-user devices and workstations.
• Develop and maintain local networks and ensure security.
• Lead IT projects and document implementations and changes.
• Provide timely end-user support and manage SLAs.
• Organize upgrades, maintenance, and asset stock forecasting.
• Coordinate with Global IT and external providers.
