Coloplast in Portugal is seeking an engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of production equipment. You will drive spare parts strategies, support ramp-up of new machinery, and enhance automation and robotics knowledge on site.

The role focuses on maintenance documentation, troubleshooting, and lessons learned, with strong emphasis on safety, quality, output, and cost. Excellent English and hands-on manufacturing experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience.
• Ability to support high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good English knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Professional supervision of equipment and machinery in production areas.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
• Maintain and update the maintenance program in the ERP system (E1).
• Coordinate spare parts purchasing and stock levels.
• Assist and support validation of machines and processes.
• Provide technical trainings and knowledge transfer to technicians.
