Coloplast in Portugal is seeking an IT Engineer focused on end-user support by phone, email, remotely, or on-site to restore normal IT service. The role supports daily manufacturing operations and adheres to global IT policies and available support tools.

You will lead IT projects, document changes, install and configure devices, develop local networks, ensure security, provide user guidance, and collaborate with Global IT. Occasional travel and on-call availability are expected.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of IT support experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and teams.
• Adherence to Global IT procedures, guidelines and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure computers, mobile devices and end-user devices.
• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and systems.
• Provide end-user support and manage cases with SLAs.
• Lead IT projects and document changes of any company software.
