Coloplast is seeking a Shipping Specialist in Portugal to coordinate shipments from manufacturing to sterilization providers and partners across Europe. You will ensure on-time, compliant delivery while coordinating with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3-5 years in import/export, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong Excel, English (C1/C2) and Portuguese language skills. Travel up to 20% during startup is expected.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma and relevant training in Logistics and Supply Chain.
• 3-5 years experience in import/export.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Excel proficiency.
• English at C1/C2 and Portuguese required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% during startup.
• Experience in medical devices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage all shipments from the manufacturing facility to partners across Europe and international markets.
• Receive and review shipping information and documentation from suppliers and freight forwarding partners.
• Schedule container arrivals with warehouse coordination and carriers.
• Coordinate loads with Freight Forwarder and Custom Broker with timely updates.
• Maintain shipment visibility in ERP/TMS and update ETA and transport status.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation through ERP systems; maintain records.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for timely clearance and regulatory compliance.
• Support ongoing improvement of transportation planning based on production schedules.
