Coloplast is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Engineer in Portugal to drive operational excellence across end-to-end supply chain, identify opportunities, lead cross-functional projects, and implement Lean and digital solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

You will collaborate with IT, engineering, manufacturing and quality, develop KPIs and dashboards, and lead training to ensure sustainable change while supporting annual targets.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, materials, electromechanical or related.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the site's Supply Chain Excellence roadmap.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA and structured problem solving.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects from opportunity to realization.
• Lead digital transformation including ERP optimization and WMS.
• Support KPI development and analytics to monitor performance.
• Standardize processes and drive best practices across SC operations.
• Facilitate training and change management to ensure adoption.
